Dr Gabriel Chu

I was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. I completed my Medical Degree (MD) at the University of Alberta and completed my surgical training at the Univerisity of Western Ontario, where I received my Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC). I am also committed to teaching as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia.

Surgical techniques and technology in eye care is ever advancing. It is a complicated specialty within medicine. I believe in keeping up-to-date in ophthalmic knowledge and offering the latest and best in eye care and surgery. My mission is to offer each and every patient the best in eye care to achieve the best vision possible.

Outside of the office, you will find me spending time with my wife and our dog, Milo. We enjoy running, hiking and biking. Other passions of mine include reading and photography. I am interested in keeping physically fit and always very interested in trying all new things!

I help run the front desk, and do general office duties.

What do I enjoy about working at this office?
I enjoy meeting and helping our patients.

What can you share about your personally? Family, Hobbies?
I like to travel and spend time with my family.


Terena Berry

I do standard office procedures such as billing, charting, booking and answering the phones. I love busy office days that makes the day seem quicker. Outside of work, I love the outdoors such as quadding, camping, gardening.
